Anxoves el Xillu

El Xillu, a company with a family tradition, dedicated to the production of anchovies since 1974, located in l’Escala, a town in the Empordà, with a maritime tradition, known throughout the world, precisely for its millennial activity such as canning anchovies in salt.

Work schedule:

  • Open from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 15.00 and 17.00 to 22.00 hours.
  • Holidays: January, February and March.
